MAD Macarons

My name is Pamela. I grew up splitting time between New Mexico and Georgia. I have always enjoyed my time out west.

After high school (*cough *cough* 20+ years ago), I joined the military and attended culinary school. In 2012 I was deployed to Afghanistan, where I was an Electronic Warfare Officer. I absolutely loved my time in service, but I felt I needed to be present at home. I have three amazing kiddos and they grow up way too fast.

I’ve been making custom cakes and pastries for nearly 20 years and in 2019 decided to take a leap and find my niche- MACARONS!!! They are one of my favorite treats. That is where/how MAD macarons began.
I hope to get to know more of you and find out your favorite treats and special talents. Talents are meant to be celebrated!
